Step 1: Identify

Utilising our expertise and an extensive network of contacts, we identify the properties that best meet your personalised needs. Once properties are identified as potential opportunities, you and one of our Consultants will work together to further assess each property and determine whether the property or properties are worth physically inspecting or are if they are eliminated.

Step 2: Inspect

Your Australian Property Consultant physically inspects and qualifies each property. At the conclusion of all property inspections, the Your Australian Property Consultant working with you assesses each property to determine whether it progresses to the Review Your Shortlist Step or is eliminated from the search entirely.

Step 3: Review Your Shortlist

During the Review Your Shortlist Step, your Consultant will work with you to further identify the most suitable or ideal properties. We highly recommend that either you or your authorised representative complete a physical inspection of each shortlisted property until you have identified your preferred property of choice from the shortlist.

Step 4: Due Diligence

Once a single inspected property has been selected from the shortlist, comprehensive due diligence is completed, which includes undertaking comparative sales analysis, current market conditions and likely future price growth.

Step 5: Client Approval

After receiving our property due diligence report you provide the necessary approval. Once the completed purchaser instruction form has been received, you and a Your Australian Property Consultant will progress to the final step of the process.

Step 6: Negotiate

At this step, the Consultant will proceed with negotiating your selected property. Whether the sale is off-market, private sale, auction, expression of interest or tender process, Your Australian Property Buyers Agents will always negotiate the best price and terms, and proceed to purchase.
