Zac Newbold is one of Melbourne’s most experienced Buyer’s Agents. He has also been a fully Licensed Estate Agent since 2001.

A life-long interest and passion for real estate began in Zac’s youth and was fuelled by his family’s ties in property development and investment. Various roles in the real estate industry provided Zac with the knowledge and expertise to step into a Buyer’s Agent role. His expertise covers everything from residential sales for large franchisee firms to boutique agencies, property and asset management, corporate real estate advisory services, commercial real estate and project management. He also independently represents buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in a variety of real estate transactions. When he is not representing clients, Zac loves to travel and spend quality time with his wife and family.

Kim Newbold is the driving force behind the operation of Your Australian Property Buyers Agents and brings with her a vast amount of life and business experience. She has a high level of dedication to customer service.

Starting her real estate career in 2018, Kim began in Administration and Account Management, before expanding into Buyers’ Advocacy. She successfully completed her Certificate IV in Property Services.

Kim is originally from Viet Nam and speaks fluent Vietnamese. As a result Your Australian Property Buyers Agents has successfully helped many Vietnamese clients purchase all over Melbourne, at all different price ranges.

Kim works closely with Zac in a family operated boutique business servicing a wide variety of clients across all spectrum’s of the property industry.

In her spare time, Kim spends time with her young family and enjoys travelling and cooking.

Jeremy graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction) (Majoring in Economics and International Trade) from Deakin University in 2011. He completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussen Institute in 2012 and was admitted as an Australian Lawyer at the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2012.

Jeremy has worked and gained invaluable legal experience in all aspects of property, banking and finance, litigious and commercial legal matters through working in private practices, community legal centres, the State Revenue Office and in an ASX 200 company. He began his own legal practice in 2017 with an objective of creating a legal practice clients trust, by providing prompt quality and affordable legal services, to assist clients in achieving their goals.

He has represented various clients including banks, financiers, developers, entrepreneurs and individuals in all areas of property, banking and finance, and debt recovery legal matters.

While providing clients advice, Jeremy aims to provide a commercial approach to best suit his clients’ needs, and to allow his clients to make better informed business decisions. Meeting personally with clients allows Jeremy to better understand his clients’ business aims and anticipated outcomes.

Jeremy is a sports enthusiast who has played Australian Rules Football for over 20 years, winning a senior premiership with his local footy club and being inducted in the clubs Team of the Decade from 2000-2009. He also follows and enjoys attending AFL and A-League football matches.

A life-long interest and passion for property began for Rodney McLoughlin at the age of 19, when he purchased his first investment property. He became a licensed real estate agent not long after that, and, over the last 30 years, has further honed his skills with the personal investment and development of real estate in Sydney.

Rod founded TBAS® Buyers Agents because, through his own experience, he could see that buyers are underrepresented, often pay above the odds, and don’t always end up with the right property. It became his passion, to educate buyers on how to understand and work the market to their advantage.

Rod believes in providing a very personalised service for each one of his clients – always going the extra mile to secure a positive outcome. He uses his network of industry contacts to open up valuable opportunities with off-market properties or sales, prior to listing. He also uses his in-depth knowledge of Sydney real estate to research, evaluate and purchase properties on behalf of his clients, and provide objective, fair and intelligent advice and support.
