Our ‘6-Steps To Successful Property Buying’ process is a proven system. Most clients we represent secure the right Belgrave property at the right price within 60 days – completely stress-free.

We understand that buying a home or investment property is one of the largest purchases you’re ever likely to make. It can also be complicated, stressful and time consuming for many buyers. However, at Your Australian Property Buyers Agents we ensure your property buying experience is as smooth and efficient as possible. We work exclusively for only you, the buyer!



Step 1: Identify

We tap our network and off-market contacts to identify properties that match your requirements, then filter to determine whether th property or properties are worth physically inspcting or if they are eliminated.



Step 2: Inspect

Your Australian Property Consultant physically inspects and qualifies each property. Each property is assessed to determine whether it progresses to the Review Your Shortlist Step or is eliminated from the search entirely.



Step 3: Review Your Shortlist

You review a short, vetted shortlist. We highly recommend that either you or your authorised representative complete a physical inspection of each shortlisted property until you have identified your preferred property of choice from the shortlist.



Step 4: Due Diligence

Full due diligence – comparative sales, current market conditions and likely future price growth.



Step 5: Client Approval

You review the due diligence report and give the go-ahead. With the paperwork signed, you and your Your Australian Property Consultant move straight to the final step: negotiation.



Step 6: Negotiate

We negotiate the deal. Whether the sale is off-market, private sale, auction, expression of interest or tender, Your Australian Property Buyers Agents will always secure the best price and terms, then proceed to purchase.

  My partner and I were recommended to go with Zac at Your Australian Property Buyers Agents by our Sydney property agent, to help us purchase an investment property in Melbourne (we do not know Melbourne to buy properties, so we needed an Melbourne expert). We’ve had positive experiences with our Sydney buyers agent and we wanted the same in Melbourne. Zac was extremely thorough and detailed and also extremely efficient - once we’d completed our paperwork detailing exactly what we were after, Zac sent us properties to consider right away and undertook inspections promptly. We were able to purchase our investment property within days and couldn’t be happier.
